Cheap, but does the job
Once while getting groceries online I have added DIA IMAQE jabón de manos líquido oliva to try. The price looked like a rounding error: 1.5 USD for 500ml of the liquid (plastic dispenser included). Only a well developed country can have such production capabilities and have a profit on it (including the intermediaries). It is manufactured by Iberfrasa and it is marketed by DIA.
Was it good or not? Yes and No:
- It helps to wash hands (This is how soap works)
- Smell is good - nothing extraordinary, but nothing bad either. (Actually I do not remember the smell, but it is not neutral).
- Bottle is functional - works fine and did not break during the full cycle.
- If you like smooth texture and homogenous consistency - avoid this soap.

- After washing the hands it feels more like old school soap that leaves your hands dry, so it is good if you have a wife that has a lot of hand creams to share. My Wife has some.
This could be used if you are traveling and staying in some apartment for a longer time and need to buy cheap soap that you will be able to leave behind. Also if being money concious - this soap lasts longer than old school bar for the price.
For a couple of people living together - one bottle lasted for about 4 weeks in a kitchen where it is used everyday after washing the dishes.
